Troubleshooting
Help with your PixMaker board and app.
How do I power my PixMaker board?
Connect PixMaker to a power bank or USB-C charger using the included USB-C cable. PixMaker does not have a built-in battery.
The PixMaker app cannot find my board. What should I check?
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, power on your board, and allow Bluetooth access in the PixMaker app. Select the device name starting with “Pix” that matches the name shown on your board, then slide the button to connect. If your board does not appear, tap the refresh button at the bottom right.
For the full instructions, see the PixMaker manual.
How do I know the connection is successful?
The PixMaker character turns green when the connection is successful. The app then returns to the home screen so you can start building.
